New foods stimulate and excite the taste buds as about 100 guests at the "Cellar 47's" special Bavarian feast held last night found out.
Dressed in Bavarian costume, owner of the Cellar 47 restaurant, Mr Angelo Grasso (pictured) helped dish out delicious Bavarian food prepared by new chef Mr Paul Pavel.
Mr Pavel has just returned from an extensive tour of Europe during which he spent time in Munich as chef for the Munich Hilton Hotel.
Guests were treated to delicious meals such as pot roast Bavarian style, marinated to bring out its own natural flavors, smoked pork served with saurkraut and veal stuffed with mushrooms and herbs.
And to sweeten everyone's palate Irish creme, cherries munchener and apple strudel followed.
A relaxed European atmosphere was created with taped Bavarian music and national costume.
