That's a $33 000 pat Mrs Gladys Eldridge is giving "Lucky" the black Labrador.

Mrs Eldridge from Murchison is one of three women in a syndicate which shared, with four other winners, first division of Tattslotto, drawn on Saturday night.

The total prize money for the three women is $ 99 197.85 which makes a very neat total sum for Mrs Eldridge of $33 065.

When we called at the Eldrigde home yesterday we interrupted a conference between herself and her bank manager.

Her 3 1/2 year old dog Lucky was by her side all the time.

Mrs Eldrigde is married. Her husband works with the PMG. They have no children.

As yet she has no idea what she is going to do with the windfall, except to buy a new hot water service.

"It still hasn't sunk in yet but at least that's the end of all my financial problems for a while," she said.

Mrs Eldridge works at the Ardmona cannery and she met the two other women Ruby and Shirley.
